The China International Import Expo, co-hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) and Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, was first held in 2012 as the first professional international expo aimed at promoting and expanding imports of foreign products. The expo attracts almost 700 exhibiting companies from 46 countries, and as many as 60,000 visitors to the 50,000 m2 exhibition area.

There are several events held at the fair, like the Asian Pacific Chambers Congress, Import Expansion and Balanced Trade Development Forum, and Procurement Information Publicity Conference to mention a few.
